Our approach at Nonpareil Solutions is simple. We know technology solutions can help you improve performance. But we also understand that successful implementations are not about the technology. More than half of all software projects fail, largely because other factors are not given appropriate consideration. That’s why we begin our efforts by seeking a comprehensive understanding of what our clients need, and what they want:

• How will success be measured?
• What has been tried before?
• What are the risks?

Only after these questions are answered do we begin determining how the capabilities and activities in the Customer’s operational environment can be enhanced through the successful integration of new technology solutions into the way people work.

Our approach to solution implementation is also unique. We engage users of an enterprise early on in the solution development process. This captures their knowledge and desires, while also laying an appropriate foundation for the adoption of new procedures and technology applications. We also encourage proper preparation and instruction for users, knowing it’s not a solution if people cannot or will not use the new methods and technologies to improve what they’re doing.

At Nonpareil Solutions, our approach is built upon proven models of quality and success. This includes using standardized architecture frameworks and software packages that have been validated in previous commercial and government deployments. We understand the viability of Commercial off the Shelf Technologies (COTS), and we fully utilize these proven solution sets.
